Config changes:

• Updated BCC
• Updated resourcepaceoverride
• Tiered Anvil hammer system has been corrected and fixed for re-tiering items. The reforger station and paragon/noble gems have been removed for outdated code that causes crashing.
• All tiers have been revisited and made better. all items use the respected hammer to re-tier I.E. Armor/tool/weapon hammer + anvil.
• Fixed every quest that had missing items, also removed all paragon and noble gems replaced with hammers
• Removed the Tiered reforger quest chapter
• Necronomicon spellbook added to shop incase didn't drop on dead king
• Added Purchasable Too Many Bows BUFFS! you can do 50% more damage with Too Many Bows in the quest chapter as well as 10% purchasable Crit Chance.
• Too Many Bows bows now have their own tier system of tiers when rolled
• adjusted some skill reqs on some bows
• Updated Archer origin to have bonus buffs if wielding a too many bows bow
• Removed Restrictions on Gobber Armor and restored OG recipes
