-Updated Concatenation Core, AlltheLeaks, AlmostUnified, added Fast Leaf Decay and Lootr
-Fixed default DistantHorizons render distance settings
-Fixed IntegratedDyanmics variable cards not being able to be reset or copied
-Fixed Witch Chestplate duplicate recipe
-Disabled Mekanism ores. The relevant ore in raw item forms are now craftable into Thermal versions.
