回退一些更改：

• 移除添加的Caxton模组和Misans字体，兼容性差
• 恢复被移除的ModernUI模组
• 由于ModernUI目前没有mc1.21.5的兼容版本，帧率与音量限制暂时由Dynamic FPS模组实现，
• 窗口化全屏由Cubes Without Borders模组实现，他可以无缝接管f11的全屏行为，而ModernUI似乎不可以（只能在ModernUI面板中设置）。
• 禁用ModernUI的平滑滚动功能，由Smooth Scrolling提供更完整的平滑滚动。（1.20.1不包含Smooth Scrolling模组，它与ChatPatches模组不兼容在1.20.1版本不兼容）

Roll back some changes:

• Remove the added Caxton mod and Misans font due to poor compatibility
• Restore the removed ModernUI mod
• Since there is currently no mc1.21.5-compatible version of ModernUI, frame rate and volume limits are temporarily handled by the Dynamic FPS mod
• Windowed fullscreen is implemented by the Cubes Without Borders mod, which can seamlessly take over the F11 fullscreen behavior, while ModernUI seemingly cannot (it can only be configured in the ModernUI panel)
• Disable ModernUI's smooth scrolling feature, with Smooth Scrolling providing more complete smooth scrolling (1.20.1 does not include the Smooth Scrolling mod, as it is incompatible with the ChatPatches mod in version 1.20.1)
