• 当控制器状态改变时，不要更新相邻方块。修复了 #7152问题。由 @Technici4n 在 https://github.com/AppliedEnergistics/Applied-Energistics-2/pull/7268 中完成修复。
• 由 @62832 在 https://github.com/AppliedEnergistics/Applied-Energistics-2/pull/7299 中添加了附加API方法，用于从IChestOrDrive获取单元库存。
