Bugfixes:
- Fix Baubles not syncing properly on servers, causing inventory desyncs (Bubbles).
- Fix Roots Baubles not being correctly located (Bubbles).
- Fix Underground Biomes Mossy Stones not being able to be scraped by Roots knives.
- Fix being able to generate multiple Dragon Eggs from the same Ender Dragon.
- Fix some issues with dedicated servers.
Balance Adjustments:
- Reduce the size the Germination Ritual checks for crops from 393 to 113.
