• 通过使用 Velocity 原生压缩器优化 1.7 版本的压缩

• 重写 1.7 版本的小块序列化以减少内存分配

• 不再将 Velocity 原生压缩作为阴影依赖项包含，添加备用方案，并仅在原生压缩可用时使用 Velocity 压缩

• 将小块压缩改回默认 Java 实现，因为小块在堆字节数组上序列化，原生压缩并无优势

• 将仅限 Velocity 的代码移至自定义解码器/编码器重写中

• 移除调试内容

• 将压缩功能移入非静态上下文中
